1. Key differences in the psychological worlds of adults and kids that often lead to conflict
2. Specific skills for listening to young people in ways that build trust and cultivate communication
3. The LSCI skills of Drain Off© and Timeline© to de-escalate a young person in crisis and help that young person put language to emotion, leading to insights and long-term behavioral change
