The Conflict Cycle and how to use it to establish an accurate timeline. It will really help with understanding the student’s perspective of what happened.
I learned excellent interventions on dealing with students with various behavioral issues. The training provided me with information on how to better interact with the students.
This information will definitely be helpful when encountering students who are in crisis or even when a student or adult is having difficulty in the classroom.
I will be able to better assist my schools with dealing with students displaying behavioral difficulties.
