Want to reduce disruptive behavior? Looking to replace coercive or exclusionary approaches with a more effective, trauma-informed strategy? Learn how have meaningful conversations with kids and teens who get caught in recurring patterns of conflict – and do it in ways that boost their self-awareness and motivation to change.
This course will give you a framework for understanding cycles of conflict, a guide for therapeutic dialogue, and strategies to address some of the most common troubling behavior patterns.
